The new branch will continue to set the bar high and exceed expansion goals for their new client, Smart Home Automation. According to Cooper, with the increasing growth of their clients, this expansion was necessary to keep up with their client’s needs.
Cooper is originally from Lake Odessa, Michigan and had graduated from Saginaw Valley State where he studied Management. Post-graduation, he began a career in construction management and also helped play a role in his father’s construction company. Due to the lack of opportunity, Cooper began searching for a new career path in hopes of finding a place where he could grow and progress in his career. Cooper later chose to pursue the marketing industry to build his resume. But he soon discovered what he loved most was the opportunity he was given to move up and grow quickly from within along with great company culture the company provided him. “I love being able to help coach people and give them the opportunity that someone once gave me. Being a part of a team and watching them grow is what truly motivates me every day,” explained Cooper. In the next ninety days, Cooper plans to begin his expansion throughout Louisiana. He is also preparing to launch with new clients, promote his next Market Director and begin his expansion into another city with new and existing clientele.
