Churchill Downs Incorporated Announces Temporary Suspension of Racing at Certain Properties


LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Churchill Downs Incorporated (“CDI”) (Nasdaq: CHDN) announced today the temporary suspension of live racing at Miami Valley Raceway at Miami Valley Gaming in Lebanon, Ohio effective at 11:59 ET on March 20, 2020 and Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans, Louisiana effective 11:59 CT on March 21, 2020 in cooperation with state and local authorities as a precautionary measure to COVID-19. CDI has a 50% equity investment in Miami Valley Gaming.

There have been no known cases of COVID-19 at any of these properties and all CDI properties have been and will continue to work closely and cooperatively with the state and local authorities in each state where we operate. CDI will continue to monitor the developments related to COVID-19.
