Issue of Equity
The Board of Draper Esprit VCT plc (the “Company”) announces an allotment on 5 August 2020 of Ordinary Shares of 5p each (“Shares”), pursuant to the Offer for Subscription that launched on 3 October 2019 (the “Offer”) as follows:
4,106,818 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 47.2p per Share.
Application for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly. Dealings are expected to commence on or around 11 August 2020.
Following this allotment, the Company has 109,895,546 Shares in issue, which is also the Total Voting Rights of the Company.
The Company further announces that, in the previous allotment under the Offer that took place on 5 April 2020, 29,177 Shares were issued to Hugh Aldous, a director of the Company, at an average price of 41.2p per Share.
The Offer is now scheduled to close on 31 August 2020.
