GlobeNewswire provides two types of EDGAR filing services, supporting flexibility in document conversion, while offering cost effective solutions:
- EDGAR Direct -- Reg. FD has already expanded the definition of "material events" that must be reported to the SEC. Additional proposed regulations, being promulgated under Sarbanes-Oxley, continue to expand the list of events that trigger an 8-K filing. To satisfy these requirements, we encourage our clients to focus on the creation of a press release announcing each material event. The press release can then be automatically filed to EDGAR (on Form 8-K or 6-K). This streamlined process, which is offered on a flat rate, no conversion basis, is called EDGAR Direct.
- EDGAR Complete -- while EDGAR Direct is only available for news releases filed on Form 8-K or 6-K, our EDGAR Complete service includes EDGAR conversion and filing services for any SEC form type, including 10Q, 10-K, and 20F, as well as special purpose (non press release) 8K and 6K filings.
EDGARizing Your Document
Upload: You can upload your documents through GlobeNewswire's secure server
Review: When your document is ready you will receive an email with a link to the filing. You will log on to our customer service center to review the filing. If you have changes you can submit them online through "Request Changes" page.
Approve: We require your "Approval" before we file your document with the SEC. You can approve your documents online through our customer service center. Once the filing is approved you will receive the "Acceptance email" from the SEC.
