SEDAR Filings (Canada)

In addition to distributing press releases in Canada, GlobeNewswire can also submit material news to the Canadian System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), either as part of press release distribution or as a standalone service.

Documents that are required to be filed with SEDAR, as defined by the Canadian Securities Administrators, should be provided in the Adobe PDF format. Simply upload your PDF files via our Customer Service Center and choose the SEDAR filing option.
