Addtech acquires the BEVI Group

Addtech Industrial Solutions, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today
signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in BEVI International AB.

BEVI is one of the leading suppliers of electric motors in Sweden and also holds
strong positions and operations in other parts of the Nordic region, the Baltic
countries and China. The BEVI Group is a well known supplier of electric motors,
but also sells mechanical gearboxes, frequency inverters, in-house manufactured
special motors as well as providing service and maintenance. The BEVI Group has
more than 90 employees and revenue of approximately SEK 200 million.

The BEVI companies form a separate business unit within the business area
Addtech Industrial Solutions. Together with the previous owners in BEVI, Addtech
sees good opportunities to strengthen and develop the business concept within
electrical drives, in terms of products as well as geography, for industrial
customers.

The closing will take place 1 July 2010 and the acquisition is estimated to have
a marginally positive effect on Addtech's earnings per share during the current
financial year.
