$49.8 Million in Class Action Settlements Approved for Distribution for CRT Price-Fixing

Siskinds LLP and Camp Fiorante Matthews Mogerman (CFM) announced today court approval of a protocol for the distribution of settlement funds in the Canadian CRT price-fixing class action. The class action alleges price-fixing in the market for cathode ray tubes (CRT), an older technology that was used in televisions and computer monitors. The class action was commenced in 2008 by Siskinds, CFM and Siskinds Desmeules.
