On Sept. 4, 2025, the Marvetta & Anthony Grimes Family Center marked its grand opening, a 36-unit supportive housing project developed by 2 Thirty-Eight Properties in collaboration with Seeds of Hope, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and addiction recovery program, and the Volunteers of America of Ohio and Indiana. The center received an Affordable Housing Program award of $872,020 from FHLBank Indianapolis during the Bank’s 2024 funding round. The center's award was secured through Merchants Bank, a financial institution member of FHLBank Indianapolis.
