The drill core logging facility and camp have been re-established at Otter Rapids in Northern Ontario for the fall 2022 drill program at Hecla-Kilmer. Behind the treeline is the 182 MW hydroelectric dam and the Ontario Northern Railway which connects Moose Factory and Moosonee on James Bay to the north with the Canadian National line in Cochrane to the south.
