The inaugural Hongqiao Robot Coffee Competition, which took place at the Hongqiao Pinhui Sky Plaza, pitted COFE+, a fully intelligent robotic café developed by Shanghai Hi‑Dolphin Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., against a barista with judging experience in the TOC (Top of Coffee) circuit. Both participants prepared three Americano cups under the supervision of referees. Judges recorded total preparation time, individual cup time, and beverage weight deviation.
