David Crouch serves as senior advisor and trainer for Beyond20 in Washington, D.C. where he helps clients address their business and IT challenges and teaches hundreds of students. Additionally, he created the Digital Positioning Model, the world’s first model that explicitly ties Digital Business with ITIL Practices and the world’s first Dictionary of Digital Business.Prior to Beyond20, David spent twenty years working at Johns Hopkins University in the central Information Technology Department where he served both university and health system customers in a variety of roles, including IT finance, business analysis, project management, and service management. In the IT Solutions Center, David played a leading role in promoting service management excellence and solidifying relationships between IT and business customers.
