Figure 1- SCI motor function after different doses of ExoPTEN

0807 Catwalk Graphs V3

(A) Paw use detected by the CatWalk XT camera.(B-F) CatWalk XT gait analysis demonstrates dose-dependent functional improvement following ExoPTEN treatment:B – % of hindlimbs recorded by CatWalk XT gait analysis system, recording of prints by CatWalk XT requires minimal use of leg and weight support, improvement can be seen in a dose dependent manner. C–F – Present quantitative hindlimb gait parameters assessed 10 weeks post-surgery.(C) Hind paw print area (cm²), (D) Hindlimb maximum contact area (cm²), (E) Hindlimb base of support (cm), and (F) Hindlimb stand duration(s) are shown for three experimental groups: Control, ExoPTEN Mid Dose (1.6E9 particles), and ExoPTEN High Dose (6E9 particles). All parameters exhibit a dose-dependent improvement, with the High Dose group showing the most pronounced recovery. All Statistical significance was determined by one-way ANOVA with Tukey's multiple comparisons test.
