Two-time GRAMMY nominees, Regional Mexican music group VOZ DE MANDO announced that proceeds from their immigrant rights anthem “Soldado Latino Americano” will go to Consejo de Federaciones Mexicanas en Norteamérica (COFEM) – one of the most influential immigrant organizations in the U.S. The money raised and donated will fund educational scholarships for Latinos living in the U.S. The group’s single has become an anthem for immigrants – from dreamers to hourly laborers - strengthening their commitment to their journey, the American Dream and the necessity of immigrant rights.
