Lateral development face illustrating the impact of dilution on grade. The central quartz vein returned 61.0 g/t Au over a true width of 0.51 m, while the surrounding vein halo material returned low grades of less than 1.14 g/t Au. When the full development width of 3.53 m is considered, the weighted average grade decreases to 9.13 g/t Au, demonstrating the significant impact of dilution from low-grade wall rock and vein halo material. The XRT sorter is interpreted to preferentially reject much of this low-grade vein halo while retaining the high-grade vein core, thereby reducing dilution and enhancing the recovery of dense sulphide-associated gold mineralization
