A survey of real estate agents from HomesUSA.com, America’s number one brokerage for new home sales, shows a vast majority (86 percent) of agents responding said they would sell more new homes if they could show them outside of regular builder hours. The survey also shows that access to a new home is far more important to an agent than a bonus from a builder.
