Dolby is a founding partner of Code Tenderloin, an intensive job readiness program in the Tenderloin near Dolby's San Francisco headquarters. Kevin Yeaman, President and CEO, Dolby Laboratories, participated on a career building panel for Code Tenderloin clients where Dolby employees shared their work and life experiences. Employee volunteers also provided support by helping participants create and practice “elevator pitches” and a professional photographer was onsite to take shots of Code Tenderloin participants for their online professional profiles.
