DODock is compared against other methods on the OpenBind benchmark, split into two groups: co-folding methods and re-docking methods. DODock performs best of all methods tested, at 80% on the harder criterion (81% on the easier one), also beating the open-source programs GNINA (66%) and SMINA (46%).
