We have identified issues in the OMnet protocol that in some cases result in API sessions hanging and being disconnected.
If you experience such a disconnect it will be possible to immediately establish a new connection.
We have also identified an issue where you might be disconnected if the application stays inactive for more than thirty minutes (not performing queries or orders against the system).
The problem is identified and we are currently working on a permanent solution to this issue.
Further information regarding the OMnet issue and when it will be solved will be communicated before the end of today’s trading day.
