Alpcot Agro AB AGM Postponed

The board of directors in Alpcot Agro AB (publ) (“Alpcot Agro”) have resolved to
postpone the annual general meeting to 10.00 CET Friday, 8 June 2012 from 16 May
2012.

The reason for the postponed annual general meeting is that the company
needs more time to complete the annual report.
