LSC approved bonds issue prospectus of Agrowill Group AB

The prospectus of Agrowill Group AB for the LTL 16 million
(EUR 4.63 million) 369 days maturity bonds issue has been
approved by the Lithuanian Securities Commission on 6 June 2008
(see file attached). The prospectus is also available at company's
