HII’s Ingalls Shipbuilding division awarded over $95,700 in STEM grants to 22 schools and educational organizations across south Mississippi and Alabama. Representatives from the recipient schools attended the STEM grant award ceremony at the shipyard on February 6, 2026 and left with funds to support hands-on projects, classroom technology upgrades and STEM-based curricula at their schools.
