The 6400 shares subscribed with warrants between January 1 and February 24, 2005 pursuant to Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj's Bond Loan with Warrants of 1998, have been registered in the Trade Register. As a result of the subscriptions, the registered share capital of the company increased by EUR 6400 from EUR 14 109 851 to EUR 14 116 251 and the total amount of authorised shares increased to 14 116 251.
The new shares will be joined to the old shares and will be available for public trading on the main list of the Helsinki Exchanges on March 14, 2005.
The subscription period for all warrants ends on April 30, 2005. A total of 917 965 shares have been subscribed with the warrants by February 24, 2005. An aggregate of 1.3 million shares in the company can be subscribed with these warrants.
