Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 198,976 ordinary shares of NOK 18.30 each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
It is expected that admission will be granted on 3 May 2006 and trading will commence on 4 May 2006.
These shares were issued in connection with the completion of the settlement of the offer for Saga Petroleum.
The shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
