Norsk Hydro ASA's capital consists of 1,286,455,455 ordinary shares with voting rights. Norsk Hydro ASA holds 60,279,570
ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Norsk Hydro ASA is 1,226,175,885.
The above figure (1,226,175,885) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Norsk Hydro ASA under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
