70,000 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares
In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Orion
Corporation, 70,000 A-shares have been converted into
70,000 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into
the Trade Register on 26 January 2007. After the
conversion there are 55,261,240 A-shares and 85,996,588 B-
shares in the company.
