TECHNOPOLIS PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 13.2.2007 at 9.45 a.m. TECHNOPOLIS SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH 2001 OPTIONS A total of 26,131 shares were subscribed with Technopolis Plcs 2001 options in December 2006. The counter book value per share is EUR 1.69 and the subscription price in subscribing with the options was EUR 1.69. Each option entitles its holder to subscribe for 2.6667 Technopolis Plc shares. The options program is based on a decision made by the Annual General Meeting of March 23, 2001. The increase in share capital resulting from the subscriptions, EUR 44,161.39, has been entered in the Trade Register today. After the increase, the companys share capital is EUR 68,525,567.37 and the number of shares is 40,547,673. The new shares carry the right to dividends for the 2006 financial year and will provide other shareholder rights as of the registration date. Permission has been sought to trade the new shares together with the exiting shares on or about February 14, 2007. A total of 125,068 shares can still be subscribed for with the 2001 options. The subscribtion period for shares with the 2001 options will expire on April 30, 2007.
