The Board of Directors of Europeinvestment A/S has after the publication of the annual re-port dated 30 March 2007 ascertained that the original annual report unfortunately contained some misprints. Even though there were no misprints in the financial data, the Board of Di-rectors has decided to publish a new annual report without misprints. As a consequence of this a new annual report is published today. Changes compared to the previous annual reports are following: • In certain places it was mentioned that the company holds 34,611,750 shares in Europe Vision Plc. The correct number is 34,661,750, which is now changed. • P. 71 of the original annual report indicates that the company has issued 34.911.175 shares. The correct number is 34.911.750, which now appears from p. 74. • In certain places Tritel Investments Inc. was called Tritel Investment Inc. • The Directors´ report is now updated, so significant events which have happened since the original annual report are included in the Directors´ report.
