The Management Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange reviewed the application by Olympic Entertainment Group AS, for the exempt from the obligation to deliver the merger prospectus in conjunction with the merger of subsidiaries of Olympic Entertainment Group AS - Olympic Casino Eesti AS and AS Kristiine Kasiino. On April 23, 2007 the Management Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange decided to exempt Olympic Entertainment Group AS from the obligation to deliver the merger prospectus as the merger of Olympic Casino Eesti AS and AS Kristiine Kasiino does not have a significant effect on the price of the listed shares of Olympic Entertainment Group AS.
