905,839 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares

 

 

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Orion Corporation, 905,839 A-shares have been converted into 905,839  B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 26 April 2007. After the conversion there are 54,355,401 A-shares and 86,902,427 B-shares in the company.
