Stock Exchange Notification 30-04-2007

Re.: Result of the Annual Meeting 30 April, 2007

The annual general meeting of Europeinvestment A/S was held on 30 April 2007,
at 11:00 a.m. at Philip & Partners Law Firm, Vognmagergade 7, 1120 Copenhagen
K.

Eivind Einersen, Attorney of Law, was appointed as chairman of the meeting by
the Board of Directors.

Advertisements from the daily newspaper Børsen dated Friday 20 April, 2007 and
Statstidende dated Saturday 21 April, 2007 were presented. Furthermore the
annual meeting was called in by Stock Exchange Notification of 17 April, 2007.

The chairman of the meeting noted that the convening was forwarded in time.
Hereafter he ascertained with the support of those present that the meeting was
duly organized.

The chairman of the meeting moved over to the agenda in accordance with § 13
(2) items 1-9 of the Articles of Association:

1.	The Report of the supervisory and executive Boards on the activities of the
Company during the preceding year.

The present were acquainted with the directors´ report as it appears from the
company's annual report of 19 April, 2007. Formal presentation of accounts was
waived.

The chairman of the Board of Directors, Hans Birkholm, emphasized single items
from the directors´ report. He emphasized it was an essential factor to become
an active investment company that the company had obtained financing through
the company´s major shareholder, Tritel Investments Inc.

A shareholder noted that the financing according to the company´s stock
exchange notification was provided by Aladdin Investment Services Ltd. and not
Tritel Investments Inc. He was of the opinion that the decision at the annual
meeting 27 March, 2007 was made on false pretences and the Board of Directors
at that time was aware of the fact that the loan was granted by Aladdin
Investment Services Ltd. He likewise was of the opinion, that Tritel
Investments Inc. would only convert a debt of a few million DKK. He asked when
the loan was expected to be converted into shares.

Hans Birkholm informed that the Board of Directors at the time of the annual
meeting 27 March, 2007 was not aware that the final financing would be provided
by Aladdin Investment Services Ltd., and that this had taken place after the
general meeting. He disagreed that the size of the debt had not been informed.
Finally he stated that he did not know the exact time for the issuance of the
new shares.

The shareholder was of the opinion that the Board of Directors course of action
in connection with abovementioned was criticisable. He expressed criticism,
that the Board of Directors had entered into a agreement to fund a film project
regarding a movie, which according to the shareholder, was a project thought
out by Castro Khatib.

Hans Birkholm emphasized that the purpose of the film project was to earn money
and the agreements were made at arms length. He was not of the opinion that
Europeinvestmest A/S was forced to not enter into agreements with parties
related to Castro Khatib, as long as the agreements were made at arms length.

2.	Presentation of the Annual Report together with statements by the
supervisory and executive Boards and the Auditor's Report.

The shareholders present were acquainted with the company's annual report of
19 April, 2007. Formal presentation of annual report was therefore waived.

The annual report showed a profit after tax at DKK 590,098. The balance sheet
balances at DKK 279,833,585 and the equity amounts to DKK 275,739,306.

A shareholder asked the auditor and the Chairman of the Board of Directors if
they had controlled that the expenses to Tritel Investments/Castro Khatib had
been incurred in the company's interest. The auditor informed that it was
controlled that the expenses were paid, but not if it was in the company's
interest. Hans Birkholm supplemented that he was of the opinion that the
expenses was of interest to the company. The expenses are primarily a result of
the travel activity regarding the sale of shares in Europe Vision Plc., and
these expenses are of interest to the company.

3.	Resolution with respect to approval of the profit and loss account and the
balance sheet.

The annual meeting unanimously approved the profit and loss statement and
balance sheet.

4.	Decision on discharge of liability of the Board and Management.

Decision on discharge of liability of the Board and Management was unanimously
approved.

5.	Resolution with respect to distribution of profit or settlement of losses
according to the approved Annual Report.

The annual meeting unanimously decided to carry forward the profit.

6.	Election of members to the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors was unanimously elected.

7.	Election of auditors.

The auditing firm Chr. Mortensen I/S was unanimously elected as the company's
only auditor.

8.	Possible decision to authorise the Board of Directors to acquire up to 10 %
of the Company's own shares.

It was proposed to authorise the Board of Directors to acquire up to 10 % of
the Company's own shares.

The general meeting unanimously approved to authorise the Board of Directors
to acquire up to 10 % of the Company's own shares.

9.	Any proposals made by the Board of Directors or proposals received from the
shareholders in accordance with § 11.

The following proposal has been received from a shareholder:

	Convertible Bonds

“The General Meeting orders the Board of Directors to prepare a proposal for a
reduction of the share capital to nominally DKK 1 per share in order to
distribute the main part of the difference between the share capital and the
equity (taking into consideration possible taxes, risks, etc.) to the
shareholders in the form of convertible bonds, which may/shall be redeemed in
connection with the sale of shares in Europe Vision Plc.

The bonds shall be convertible upon request from the bond-holder, and the Board
of Directors shall be authorised to issue new shares in order to comply with
such requests for conversion.

In accordance with the decisions made on 26 March 2007, the Board shall - no
later than 31 July 2007 and before an increase of the share capital - present a
prospectus in relation to such an increase of the share capital, in order for
the proposal to be approved at an extraordinary general meeting where the
necessary amendments of the Articles of Association shall also be decided.”

The shareholder motivated the proposal. He supplemented that the Board of
Directors when drafting the specific proposal not necessarily has to issue
convertible bonds for the whole difference between the company's asset value
and the shareholders´ capital and the Board of Director has to evaluate what
sale price can confidently be obtained.

The chairman of the Board of Directors, Hans Birkholm, motivated the Board of
Directors recommendation to vote against the proposal. He emphasized, that the
proposal commits the Board of Directors to one model. The proposal is one of
the Board of Directors models, but the Board of Directors must be sure that the
model are functional.

The shareholder asked if his model means that the shareholders´ value of the
convertible bonds are subjects to taxation. The Chairman of the meeting
informed, that he assessed, that the shareholders´ value of the convertible
bonds will be subject to taxation.

A shareholder asked if that the Board of Directors still intended to provide
the present shareholders by distribution of funds before new investments are
made.

Hans Birkholm informed that the Board of Directors still intends to look after
the interests of the present shareholders, but the final model is not yet
decided. The final model will be decided when all relevant models have been
determined and when the Board of Directors knows more about the result of the
sale of the shares in Europe Vision Plc.

The chairman of meeting hereafter took a vote on the proposal. The chairman of
the meeting ascertained, that the majority voted against the proposal. The
proposal was not adopted.

As chairman of the general meeting:

Eivind Einersen
