New Chief Executive Officer of BRFbank                                          

With effect from 1 July 2007, Leonhardt Pihl will take up the post of new Chief 
Executive Officer of BRFbank in succession to the bank's present CEO, Harry     
Nielsen, who is due to retire on 30 June.                                       

Leonhardt Pihl is 46 years old, holds a master's degree in financing and        
accounting and comes from a position as Senior Vice President of Dansk Bank,    
where he is responsible for private equity in Danish Markets.                   

Before that, Leonhardt Pihl was posted to Danske Bank's London branch and was in
charge of Danske Bank's budget, planning and investor relations in the bank's   
corporate finance department. He has also been deputy branch manager of Danske  
Bank in Luxembourg.
