Equities: Adjustment of OMX Stockholm Benchmark index due to the bonus issue in Husqvarna (110/07)

The Annual General Meeting in Husqvarna AB held on April 19, 2007 has decided a bonus issue whereby every A- or B-share in Husqvarna entitles the holder to one (1) bonus share right. Ten (10) bonus share rights entitle the holder to three (3) new Husqvarna A shares. The scheduled record date is May 16, 2007. 

Stockholm Stock Exchange will act and adjust Husqvarna AB ser. B (HUSQ B, SE0001662230) by exclude Husqvarna B on the ex-day May 14, 2007 in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices”, rule 5.4 and 5.7.1. Husqvarna B will be re-included in OMX Stockholm Benchmark index on May 15, 2007 provided a paid price on the ex-day. The number of Husqvarna B shares included in index calculation will remain unchanged.
