Peab Industri obtains out new funding

Prior to the distribution and stock exchange listing of Peab Industri, bilateral
loan agreements for a total of SEK 2.3 billion have been signed with four banks.
The new loan agreements mature in seven years and are nor subject to
amortization.

The four lenders with which Peab Industri has signed agreements are Nordea,
Danske Bank, Swedbank and Handelsbanken.

The loan agreements constitute Peab Industri's basic funding and have been
supplemented with other types of short-dated operational financing and leasing
and instalment contracts.

The long-term loan agreements already signed by Peab for SEK 3.0 billion divided
between seven banks remain unchanged.

“With Peab Industri's funding now settled, one of the fundamental preconditions
for the continued development of Peab Industri under its own auspices is now in
place. The timing of the transaction feels propitious, as there is much capital
available at the moment," says the Peab's managing director, Mats Paulsson, in a
comment.
