The Iceland Stock Exchange (ICEX) has scrutinised the prospectus of P/F Føroya
Banki, as endorsed on 31 May 2007, and hereby confirms that the prospectus
satisfies the requirements of the Act on Securities Transactions, No. 33/2003,
as amended by Act No. 31/2005, and Regulations issued pursuant to the Act.
ICEX draws attention to the fact that public offers of securities by the issuer
are directed exclusively to natural and/or legal persons with permanent
residence in those member states or third countries referred to in the
prospectus and to which the offer is directed.
