Dresner Partners Names Paul Hoffman Vice President

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - June 27, 2007) - Dresner Partners, a leading NASD-registered, middle-market investment bank, announced today that Paul Hoffman has joined the firm as vice president.

Mr. Hoffman comes to Dresner Partners from Banc of America Securities LLC in Chicago, where he served as vice president of the Global Industries Group. During his tenure with Banc of America, Mr. Hoffman focused on mergers and acquisition advisory services and also executed capital markets transactions for a broad range of public and privately-held companies including: aerospace and defense, automotive, business services, consumer products, food and beverage, industrial growth, retail, media and entertainment, packaging, and transportation. Mr. Hoffman has extensive transaction experience in sell-side, buy-side, defense advisory and privatizations, having advised on domestic and international transactions ranging from $40 million to $625 million.
