On 2 July City Service AB has concluded a contract with Čilėja UAB. According to the contract City Service AB will provide facility management services to Čili restaurant, pizzeria and cafe chain, owned by Čilėja UAB. City Service AB will manage 43 catering points in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Palanga, Panevėžys, Druskininkai. City Service AB will start providing full service on 16 July 2007. Thus City Service AB expanded a circle of customers to whom services are provided throughout Lithuania. City Service AB now provides facility management services for Retail Chain IKI, Gintarinės vaistinės, Utenos trikotažas, banks SEB Vilniaus bankas, Hansabankas, DnB NORD, Nordea Bank Lietuva, SAMPO, maintains public phone booths of the biggest company in the country TEO LT, pavilions of Lietuvos spauda, Omnitel basic stations, KEMI car service centers, etc. As of today, the largest in the Baltic States group of facility management companies City Service includes 16 companies in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The building area maintained by the Group grew more than twice in 2006 and now totals 8.8 million square meters.
