AMANDA CAPITAL PLC'S PERSONNEL'S INCENTIVE PLAN
The Board of Directors of Amanda Capital Plc has decided and published on a new
share-based incentive plan directed to the whole Group personnel on June 15th
2007. The purchase of the shares used in the incentive plan has been outsourced
to Alexander Management Ltd which has started to purchase the shares from the
market.
