Global Developments Inc. Falls Victim to Unauthorized Spam Campaign

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 9, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Global Developments Inc. (Pink Sheets:GDVM) has become another victim of an unauthorized campaign of unsolicited electronic mail (spam).

On July 5, 2007, the British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC") issued a Cease Trading order ("Order") under the British Columbia Securities Act until the end of July 10, 2007. The Company is cooperating with the BCSC in their attempts to determine the origin of the spam.
