Trelleborg acquires US distributor of precision seals - revised Press release

Through its Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business area, Trelleborg has acquired
the privately owned US distributor AFM Inc., which has about 45 employees and
annual sales of approximately SEK 85 M. 

AFM is a rapidly growing distributor of hydraulic seals and customized rubber
components with its head office in Portland, Oregon, and an office in Fresno,
California. The company's range of products includes dynamic seals, static seals
and rotary seals. The bulk of AFM's current sales are to OEM customers within
several industrial segments, among others aerospace. AFM's operations will be
integrated into Trelleborg Sealing Solutions.

This acquisition increases Trelleborg Sealing Solution's market presence in the
