On 27 August 2007 the Board of Baltic Outsourcing Association (enterprise code 300622375) issued a resolution granting membership to City Service AB. Also on 27 August 2007 Baltic Outsourcing Association signed a contract, under which the Association will render sales and marketing promotion services to City Service AB. Baltic Outsourcing Association was founded in December 2006 and started its activities in summer 2007. In July 2007 Baltic Outsourcing Association became a member of British National Outsourcing Association (http://www.noa.co.uk) in Corporate Suppliers branch. City Service AB controls the largest facility management company group in the Baltic States. City Service Group consists of 20 companies operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine and Russia. By the end of 2007 the City Service Group is expected to serve 10.7 million square meters of facilities. The total consolidated City Service Group's revenue for the six months of 2007 was LTL 70 million, an increase by 85 % over the total revenue of LTL 38 million for the six months of 2006. EBITDA for the six months of 2007 was up by 90% and amounted to LTL 6.3 million. In the same period of 2006 EBITDA of the Group amounted to LTL 3,3 million.
