Board to name Ronald Trächsel as successor
Markus Zenhäusern, Chief Financial Officer of Sika AG, Switzerland, since 2005, has decided to leave the company.
As his successor the Board named Ronald Frank Trächsel, lic. rer. pol. After a familiarization phase, he assumes his new assignment on January 1, 2008. Having earlier served in several executive positions in finance at the Ringier Group, including as CFO for its international business, the now 48 year-old Swiss national was named CFO of the Vitra Group in 1999; ultimately became its CEO and took charge of group management of Vitra's holding company three years ago.
Markus Zenhäusern leaves Sika in recognition of his valuable contribution to the company's success. Sika wishes him the very best for the future.
