The consolidated unaudited net sales of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group for 9 months of 2007 totalled 4.2 billion kroons (267.5 million euros) and increased 41% yoy. Net sales during the comparable period last year were 3.0 billion kroons (189.2 million euros). The sales for 9 months 2006 do not include the sales from car selling business segment. The net sales of A-Selver for 9 months of 2007 were 2.7 billion kroons (171.2 million euros) and increased 30% yoy. The net sales of Selver in the third quarter amounted to 955 million kroons (61 million euros) and increased by 26% yoy. The average monthly sales per square meter of sales area were 7.3 thousand kroons during the 9 months and 7.7 thousand kroons in the third quarter, showing a growth of 23% and 19% yoy respectively. During the 9 months 19.4 million purchases were made in the Selver chain growing by 13% over the same period last year. The sales in department store business segment for 9 months totalled 1.1 billion kroons (67.4 million euros) and increased by 23% yoy. In the third quarter the sales in department store business segment amounted to 361.7 million kroons (23 million euros), showing a 23% improvement on a year ago. The average monthly sales per square meter of sales area were 5.1 thousand kroons during the 9 months and 5.2 thousand kroons in third quarter, showing a growth of 23% and 21% yoy respectively. During the 9 months 6.1 million purchases were made in department stores, growing by 7% over the same period last year. The sales in real estate business segment during 9 months amounted to 30.0 million kroons (1.9 million euros) and increased by 8% yoy. The sales between business segments totalled 43.3 million kroons (2.8 million euros), increasing by 1% yoy. The sales in car selling business segment during 9 months were 421.6 million kroons (26.9 million euros). During 9 months 1602 new cars were sold. This is 698 new cars more than the year before showing a 77% growth yoy. The 9 months sales of 2007 were mainly influenced by the rising purchasing power and favourable economic situation.
