Notification pursuant to S28 of the Danish Act on Securities Trading

Pursuant to S28 of the Danish Act on Securities Trading, the Copenhagen Stock
Exchange is hereby notified that the Jyske Bank Group owns 2,036,862 shares,
the face value of which is DKK 10, in Jyske Bank A/S, corresponding to 3.6% of
the total share capital. 

The most recent notification was dated 28 August 2007 and stated that the Jyske
Bank Group owned 915,907 shares, corresponding to 1.6% of the total share
capital of Jyske Bank A/S.
