Abaris Ejendomme's CEO Kaj Thisted, who is also the only member of the company's
board, has announced that he is leaving the board and resigns his position as
CEO of Abaris Ejendomme as of now.
Due to this, the company has no management.
First North has tried to contact the management of the company several times, to
get a clarification of the conditions of the company. First North has still not
succeeded in doing this.
In the light of the further insecurity concerning the present situation of the
company, First North is suspending the trading of the shares in Abaris
Ejendomme.
