Subscription of B-shares with preferential right for employees BoConcept Holding
A/S hereby informs that the employees have subscribed for 23,740 B-shares per   
DKK 10,00 at a price of 200. It corresponds to 83.1% of the employees allowed to
subscribe, and the management finds this very satisfactory.
