In accordance with Section 3 of the Articles of Association of Orion Corporation, 260,000 A-shares have been converted into 260,000 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 17 December 2007. After the conversion there are 52,558,688 A-shares and 88,699,140 B-shares in the company.
