UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, correctedly notified usthat on December 11, 2007 they had exceeded the 3% voting rights threshold in ADVA AG Optical Networking and that their share of voting rights was at 3.95% (1,815,213 voting rights) that day. 0.58% points thereof (268,212 voting rights) are to be ascribed to UBS AG persuant to section 22 paragraph 1, sentence 1, number 1 WpHG.
