Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Herewith we announce that Axxion S.A., Luxemburg, informed us that they
withdraw the announcement dated December 10, 2007 and released December 17,
2007, as their voting rights did not fall under the limit of 3%.

Therefore the last correct announcement concerning voting rights of Axxion
S.A., Luxemburg, is dated November 13, 2007 and released on November 20,
2007. With that announcement it was informed that  the voting rights via
shares of Axxion S.A., Luxemburg, on Integralis AG, Ismaning, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005155030, WKN: 515503, has fallen under the 5% limit and amount
to 3.89% (corresponding to 450000 voting rights).
