Addtech acquires Allan Rehnström Tryckluft-Vakuum AB

Addtech Components, a business area within the Addtech Group, has
today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Allan
Rehnström Tryckluft-Vakuum AB.

Allan Rehnström Tryckluft-Vakuum AB sells components and customised
solutions in the fields of compressed air and vacuum to the Swedish
OEM industry. The company generates revenue of MSEK 22 and
constitutes a complement to other businesses within Addtech
Components.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on
Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year. The
closing will take place immediately.
