Peab increases capacity at Nordby Köpcenter in Stömstad

Peab has been commissioned to build a large extension to the shopping mall
Nordby Köpcenter  in Strömstad. Peab received the order from the Norwegian Olav
Thon Group together with the Orvelin Group from Strömstad and the value of the
contract is SEK 350 million. Nordby Köpcenter is the third major project the
Olav Thon Group has awarded to Peab.

The commission is a total contract to build 30.000 square metres shop space and
40.000 square metres parking space. Construction has begun and is expected to be
ready for inauguration on 1 June 2009.
